Mr. Allen Rogers

June 27, 1975 - January 11, 2022

Allen Lloyd Rogers was born June 27, 1975, in Detroit, Michigan to Katie Rogers and Allen Thomas. Allen attended the Detroit Public Schools systems. He became a member of the Progressive Pentecostal Church at the age of 9. Under the leadership of the late Mother Amelia Moss. Allen sang in the gospel choir at the church. He attended bible study along with his family. Allen enjoyed watching basketball, riding his bike, and talking with his family and friends. Allen had a kind heart, and sweet spirit. Allen departed this life on this side of heaven on Wednesday January 11, 2022, at Sinai Grace Hospital. Allen leaves to cherish his memories his son D’Andre, mother Katie, father Allen, brother Kenneth, special friend Meka, and his best friend Tarron. Allen leaves a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, and his Church Family.
